Primary Function: Develops sourcing strategies and related action plans while implementing best practices to support the driver staffing needs of the organization. Works with our Recruitment Advertising Agency to advise and execute recruitment media plans and partners with operations to communicate and align on the strategy and goals. This candidate will be responsible for building a strong talent pipeline for our company's current and future driver staffing needs. Our ideal candidate will set high standards for change around process and behaviors relating to driver recruitment for the respective Area. The role reports to the Manager, Driver Staffing and will be supporting our East Area of operations.
This role will operate in a dynamic environment with a rapidly changing workforce through a combination of progressive strategic thinking and tactical "roll-up-your-sleeves" contributions. The post-holder will need to keep up to date with broader trends in the labor market. The role will oversee activities based in the U.S. and may require some travel in the U.S.
