Human Resources is on a transformation journey to establish a governance model that drives consistencies, delivers efficiencies and provides first-class employee experiences. As part of the transformation, the HR Digital Solutions Organization is structured to support the strategic objectives of the HR Centers of Excellence through six major product portfolios (including Talent Acquisition; Pay, Time & Attendance; Total Rewards; etc.), shared services, consistent metrics, technology-driven solutions and strategic planning.
Within the HR Digital Solutions Organization, our Business Readiness Team is responsible for supporting the governance model to ensure alignment of a consistent readiness framework that allows successful implementation of new HR services and products. This can include firmwide HR strategic initiatives, technology enhancements, integrations and process improvements. We develop a stakeholder readiness strategy inclusive of communications, trainings, knowledge articles, procedures and more to support implementation and ensure proper adoption. The Business Readiness Associate is an enabler of the HR Digital Solution Organization and key member of the Business Readiness Team.
Work with product portfolio owner to understand, prioritize and implement strategic changes
Work with product teams to understand the roadmap and scope of technology enhancements or process improvement
Approach projects with an employee readiness mindset, considering the impact on all end users (e.g., leaders, managers, employees, HR specialists/generalists)
Lead comprehensive change impact assessments and strategic business readiness plans (e.g., communications, training, knowledge articles, procedures) to ensure end user readiness
Partner and knowledge-share cross-product to ensure gaps are prevented and readiness plans are designed at a strategic-level first and task-level second
Provide content and messaging direction to other enabling partners (e.g., Communications, Learning, Knowledge Management) and validate through system testing
Determine what success looks like and ensure adoption can be measured
Course-correct or reinforce changes based on adoption metrics and end user feedback
3-5 years of experience supporting change management efforts, providing consulting or strategy expertise, or doing similar roles on cross-business and/or global initiatives firmwide
Identifies implications of work and how it addresses the priorities of the organization/project
Independently develops creative approaches and frameworks to solve issues and "connect dots;" suggests sound, realistic solutions based on individual analyses
Focus on strategy and able to organize and execute the approach; able to drive ideas through data visualization
Very thorough in approach; notes unusual outcomes and proactively investigates underlying drivers; develops new hypotheses and analytical approaches to challenge and improve thinking
Accurately forecasts timelines and creates workplan with some manager input; highly efficient in execution; stays effective under tight time constraints
Develops a good rapport during meetings; is asked for opinions from business partners; helps develop joint solutions and builds working relationships
Structures, designs, and prepares well-written documents with minor guidance; produces accurate and aesthetically appealing displays and graphics that support findings; clearly communicates key messages
Helps maintain team morale even under pressure; prioritizes team concerns over individual concerns
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau, MS Project and Visio is a plus
