Rainwater, Holt & Sexton is accepting resumes for Legal Support Staff to join us at our personal injury law firm. We have a variety of opportunities available depending on skills and experience. From New Client Relations and Administrative Support, to Pre-Litigation Case Managers and Litigation focused Paralegals, our Legal Support Staff can build a solid career path with us.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF LEGAL SUPPORT STAFF
Our Legal Support Staff handle the day-to-day work for our clients cases from inception to settlement in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Working from our Case Management software called Needles, your accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail ensure that things are done right the first time. These roles within our firm are a crucial part of our team, which in turns help us to provide the best outcome for our clients.
Your positive, can-do attitude makes you a joy to work with for both clients and staff alike. While you are organized and love the satisfaction of getting things done, you are also a people person and enjoy interacting with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and fellow staff throughout your workday. Though you are self-directed and able to work independently, you are also a team player who collaborates well with everyone at the firm to make things happen for our clients. You feel great about working for an ethical firm where customer service is a priority and you can feel good about helping people through difficult times in their lives.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR LEGAL SUPPORT STAFF

At least 2 years of customer service experience
Previous legal experience in a law office, preferred
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent computer and typing skills
Ability to maintain knowledge of law firm policies and procedures
The urgency to provide above-and-beyond customer service
