Job Description:


Kforce has a client in search of a Blue Prism Developer in Farmington, Connecticut (CT).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for collaboration on HR business processes to drive automation, create documentation, and liaise with SMEs and HR Technology to ensure no gaps in solution delivery

  • Collect and document business requirements for project and process improvement/automation efforts

  • Develop detailed process documentation required for RPA development (current state/future state mapping)

  • Perform PM activities as needed

  • Identify and engage the SMEs that are needed to participate during documentation state

  • Collaborate with HR key personal on process automation

  • Collect information that helps determine the applicability of Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

  • Identify steps in a process, or other opportunities that would benefit from RPA

  • Estimate the impact on process metrics from RPA

  • Aid in developing volumetrics

  • Identify the test data that will be needed during RPA development and ensure the necessary environments are available

  • Create and own delivery of the Solution Design Document

  • Review RPA deliverables for adherence to the RPA COE framework and standards

  • Help in facilitating process workflow modeling in order to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases

  • Review information and trends to ensure output of processes are achieving desired results and that services are meeting agreed upon service levels

  • Track major incident management process and ensure adherence of the process and escalation requirements within the various support and delivery areas


  • 5+ years of experience in the BA space, and should have a solid background in the HR landscape

  • The ideal candidate will have significant experience and understanding of RPA (Blue Prism)

  • They would be proficient in documentation, requirements gathering, communication, and baseline in project management
