Centra Credit Union has an exciting opportunity for a full-time position.

Responsible for positive member experience delivery through service performance. Responsible for meeting and servicing the financial needs of all members through processing account and service transactions as well as promoting and selling Credit Union products and services based upon member needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES for this position include: 

• Meet or exceed key product/service/sales goals within branch to ensure profitable and sound business practices for the Credit Union.


• Maintain a professional, courteous, and positive attitude with all people, including Credit Union Team Members and Members.

• Perform routine member account transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cash advances, loan payments, check cashing, sale of negotiable instruments, and cash exchanges.


• Perform administrative functions while assisting members such as check orders, plastic card applications, address changes, ACH or payroll deduction forms, dispute forms, stop payment requests, statement requests, check copy requests, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS for this position requires skills, education/ training and experience in the following areas:

• Sales and Service abilities


• Member relations


• Communications/Telephone


• Cash handling


• Valid Driver’s License


• Organization and time management
