Job Summary:  Supervisor Warehouse is responsible for the physical material flow in the plant, ensure customer orders are shipped on time and incoming material is received and stored in the proper location.  Review Customer Requirements for Service.  Work with Production, Material Planning and Logistics to get parts produced and shipped to meet customer demand.  Also serve as offsite warehouse supervisory support.  Resolve any employee conflicts, ensure employee safety, and give direction as needed.

Job Duties:  Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse.  Evidence of goods flow within the plant.  Monthly deadline of warehouse management.  Cooperation concerning complaints solution.  Cooperation by inventorying.  Update of stock level for Material coordinators.  Self-reliant work and cooperation with whole M/L department members.  Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management.  Active cooperation on cost and turnover plan fulfilment.  Manage and verify customer requirements and changes for service.  Provide weekly direction for production, material planning and logistics for fulfilling customer requirements.  Ensure ASN’s are sent and received correctly at the customer and that all shipments are made completely.  Resolve any potential issues that would impact YF supplier score with the customer.  Verify inventory is available ahead of shipment date to ensure all customer deliveries happen on time.  Ensure any resources required are ready and available to ensure shipments are made on time (Correct packaging / Personnel / Etc.)  Push for resolution of any additional challenges relative to part production that would prevent on time shipment to the customer.  Train and support hourly workforce at offsite warehouse.  Partner with other logistics supervisor to resolve any conflicts or personnel issues at offsite warehouse.  Support departmental goals for Logistics, while offering suggestions for continuous improvement.

High School Graduate or Equivalent. 3-5 Years of Warehouse/Service Supervisory Experience.  1-3 Years of Experience within the automotive industry preferably in Injection Molding and Assembly. 

Preferred Experience:  Computer literacy.  Excellent oral communication skills.  Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills.  Just in Time (JIT) environment experience, preferred.  Proficient organizational skills.  Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise.
