Digital Account Manager

Are you digitally savvy with a strong desire to make people happy? The Times Union is looking for Digital Account Managers to look for creative ways to enhance the customer experience. You will be the day-to-day contact with clients and be an active representative of Times Union Media, ensuring client retention and campaign success by reselling the benefits of our products and services. The right candidate is passionate about developing a data-driven approach to customer-centricity and can work seamlessly across multiple cross-functional teams.

What you'll do: 

• Build campaign dashboards that report on metrics that are meaningful, compelling and relevant to advertisers


• Interpret results and identify trends we can turn into "Quick Wins” and improvements.


• Onboard new customers and coordinate the collection of assets.


• Coordinate with other advertising teams when campaign pacing, performance and deliverables fall below desired results.ad


• Collaborate with sales, sales support, ad services and other groups to manage the campaign and ensure we retain advertiser.


• Serve as an ambassador of our customer-centric approach, implement creative problem-solving mindset, and leave every customer with a pleasant experience at every touchpoint.

Who you are: 

• Someone with 1 to 2 years’ experience in digital advertising sales, support or operations.


• You have work experience in digital advertising including display, programmatic, social and search advertising and...


• A bachelor's degree.


• Someone who has experience finding interesting, actionable insights within vast data sets to tell a story.


• You have exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills.


• You thrive in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.


• You're curious and analytical.


• You're adept at Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
