Requirements
to be considered:

• 3 to 5 years personal lines insurance experience


• Texas General Lines Agent Property and Casualty license


• Demonstratable sales results


• Demonstratable ability to navigate AMS 360, EZLynx, CRM and
  similar systems


• Client service experience

Other
qualifications of our ideal candidate:

• Has experience working with Safeco, Travelers, ASI, TWIA is a plus


• Holds a bachelor’s degree


• Has exceptional computer navigation skills


• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Day in the Life of an
Insurance Advisor

As a personal insurance
advisor, you will be attacking each day with a purpose and process that will
best set you up for success. Your day will consist of communicating with
homebuyers to serve their home and other insurance needs by:

• Building rapport and adapting your communication approach with
  each client


• Identifying needs of the client to help them secure the proper
  type and amount of insurance


• Demonstrating how you can help the client achieve their desired outcome.


• Evaluate the insurance options and the additional insurance
  products available that will meet the client’s stated needs.


• Validate yourself, the product and the company to the client


• Ensure you have satisfied all the client’s needs and concerns and
  help them secure proper insurance. Each time you close a sale, you have come to
  a  win-win outcome for both you and the client

 

Other tasks
include:

• Communicating with insurance companies regarding client
  transactions


• Providing continuous feedback that will better the client
  experience and internal processes


• Assisting with other activities as needed as part of the team
