Short Description
Serve as the front-line contact person for all incoming patients.
Greet, register, schedule and provide general information to patients and/or their families.
Ensures that insurance information is verified, co-pays are collected, and that patient charts
are prepared in advance.
At all times ensures a high level of customer service by providing patient confidentiality and
care in accordance with the Patient's Bill of Rights.
Scheduled Days / Hours: mon-through sun as needed
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. | |
Computer literate. Excellent communication and customer service skill. Some knowledge of medical insurances. Knowledge of IDX helpful. Experience in a medical environment strongly preferred. | |
Required License/Certifications/ Registration: |
All incumbents must satisfactorily complete a Cooper IDX training program to include: Registration, Scheduling, E-Commerce and FSC |
