Customer Care Specialist at Advanced Group in LIBERTYVILLE, Illinois

Job Description:

Our client in Libertyville, IL is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to join their team. This position is remote until further notice.

Pay: $17.25/hr with an increase to $19/hr once permanent.

Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.


• Strong verbal and written skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate and build relationships with consumers and prescribers.


• Obtain prescription documentation and written patient consent.


• Deliver superior customer service with every single customer interaction and meet above-standard customer service metrics.


• Maintain up to date product knowledge to ensure appropriate processes are followed.


• Maintain accurate patient records within current operating system.


• Meet all required service metrics and required rubric metrics.


• Document all necessary quality issues in accordance with the prescribed process.
