The Role:
Logitech is looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to manage, maintain and help develop our tools to support the rapidly growing Video Conferencing (VC) business.
The role will require creativity, technical ability and a sense of developing our tools and processes to best serve our Product Development, QA and commercial teams.
We are looking for someone open, a great communicator, likes to own and lead projects and enjoys challenges.
The team is a fast growing diverse global team, dedicated to accelerate Logitech's Video Collaboration( VC ) and Business to Business( B2B ) growth

Manage and maintain demo environments for our VC/B2B commercial Teams
Engage in discoveries on new to the business IT tools, to support our commercial Teams, Demo Environments and Internal Telecom Team
Provide Technical guidance to teams on system integration, deployment and management from an IT Administrator perspective.
Work with Internal VC/Telecom team to deploy and maintain the Logitech VC Meeting Rooms
Work with Video Collaboration Business Group to test new products and troubleshoot issues
Act as an escalation point for VC/B2B sales & presales, CX Teams and product teams
Own the partnership with Logitech Product and Software QA teams
Own and Maintain our VC/B2B POC Environment and End user POC accounts.
Key Qualifications
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Strong Software and OS Knowledge
Windows Troubleshooting skills
Good project management skills
Experience with Zoom, Google or O365 admin
Strong Knowledge of Azure, Active Directory , InTune or Similar Tools
Good hardware install, cabling and troubleshooting knowledge
Strong troubleshooting skills, bug finding, and resolution
Good awareness of various VC Tools, Skype/Teams, Zoom, Hangouts, Webex etc
Great communication skills, comfortable working across multiple teams of varying technical skills
Great Team player
Fluent in English
Education:
4 Year Degree or Equivalent Experience
Additional IT certifications a plus
