As a member of the OnePeak team, your goal will be to keep our patients as happy and healthy as possible! This role will require you to perform a variety of tasks including, but not limited to, the duties listed below. In this position you will work collaboratively with all internal and external staff to support patient care, exhibiting flexibility, and a can-do attitude. Current weekly schedule is 3 days in Roseburg Clinic and 1 day in Eugene Clinic (mileage reimbursement for travel to Eugene)

DAILY DUTIES:

• Outside marketing of services using materials supplied by OnePeak to help promote and grow practice


• Provide high-quality facial treatments that address skincare concerns


• Advise clients and suggest treatments related to their individual needs


• Perform face and scalp massages for therapeutic or relaxation purposes


• Remove hair by exfoliation, waxing, or with chemicals/laser (as training and equipment allow)


• Perform face and body masks, wraps, sugar and salt scrubs, and compression wraps


• Perform facial extractions for blackhead removal


• Perform the following services with proficiency (with appropriate training/equipment)

  • Lash Lifts
  
  
  • Microneedling (with and without PRP)
  
  
  • Laser Hair Removal/IPL Services
  
  
  • Hydrofacials/Aquabella
  
  
  • Other treatments as determined by scope, necessity, and availability of products/equipment
  
  

• Perform consultations, both in person and over the phone


• Daily phone calls to reschedule clients that no show or cancel


• Perform skin assessments to identify problems and determine the appropriate treatment


• Must have a strong knowledge of skincare products available at OnePeak Medical and be able to market and utilize them with your clients


• Ensure work area is clean, tidy, organized, stocked and sanitized at all times 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:

• Thorough understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality under HIPAA standards and guidelines


• Maintain a high level of professionalism at all times while communicating with patients and staff


• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision


• Self motivated with a commitment to professionalism, reliability and attendance


• Willingness to handle a variety of tasks and be flexible


• Kind, courteous, friendly, enthusiastic and compassionate customer service skills


• Basic to intermediate computer knowledge and skills


• Valid Oregon Driver's License, automobile insurance, and ability to accept travel assignments as required to perform duties

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Current State of Oregon Esthetician Certification, Required
  


• Current State of Oregon Advanced Esthetician Certification, Required
