Job Description

Responsibilities

-Work closely with stakeholders when evaluating requests to understand business requirements, justification, and objectives

-Propose solutions leveraging existing technology stack or relevant industry standard technology

-Design, build and test solutions in conjunction with 3rd party vendors as necessary

-Support end user business testing and incorporate feedback into subsequent releases

-Document functional and technical design along with 'As Is' and 'To Be' process flows

-Follow Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and change management process to promote changes through environments to production

-Maintain and help optimize existing applications, processes, systems and interfaces

-Troubleshoot production issues and resolve in coordination with end users and other relevant parties.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree-Computer Science or related, plus 2+ yrs development experience

-Solid experience in VB .NET or C# programming

-Strong SQL skillset (T-SQL, PL/SQL) and experience working with SQL Server, Oracle DBs

-Experience working with RESTful APIs

-Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a changing environment
