JOB DESCRIPTION

Physician Assistants for Neuro Intensive Care Unit.

Applicant should be a board-certified Physician Assistant.

Experienced candidates required (ICU, Neurosurgery, In-patient Neurology, Trauma, Surgery, Hospitalist, and/or Emergency Medicine) to meet the needs of this complex patient cohort.

The Physician Assistant will manage neuro-critical care patients augmenting existing provider compliment of 2 Neurointensivists along with rotational Residents in Neurology and Neurosurgery.

The Physician Assistant will fill coverage gaps on evening hours and weekends.

The provider should be comfortable with reviewing imaging.

Recruit and train will be in alignment with unit opening to ensure optimal patient care.

Special Requirements

Scheduled Days / Hours: Variable;

License (or Certification):ACLS/BLS Required;

License (or Certification):NCCPA Required;

License (or Certification):NJ-PA Required
