About the Role:
We're looking for a product design leader who will shape the product experience for our consumers. As the Senior Director of Design, you will work closely with the VPs of Product, Engineering to define product strategy and vision while supporting a team of product designers and managers focused on building high-quality, meaningful user experiences. You will partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, and the Acquisition and Retention teams to ensure a unified customer experience across all touchpoints.

Our ideal candidate is a fast learner who can adapt to change seamlessly. You are a strategic thinker, are detail and result-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and a strong work ethic. You are an evangelist for your UX/designs and have a deep understanding of customer needs, the product, and the competitive landscape. Finally, you are an excellent communicator and build strong cross-functional relationships, internally and externally.
