Pay Range: $19.71/hour to $26.45/hour based on experience
Classification: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Application Close Date: June 1st, 2021, subject to change at the discretion of the First Western's Talent Management team

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as a proactive, knowledgeable resource for First Western's products and services.


• Manage front desk and daily administrative duties including greeting clients, opening and closing the office, answering phone calls and helping prepare for meetings.


• Provide sales support for senior bankers.


• Perform teller functions including cash handling, deposits and maintenance on client accounts.


• Open new deposit accounts.


• Connect with team members across multiple departments, specifically, deposit operations, loan operations, compliance and security.


• Perform ACH and wire transactions.


• Enroll and assist clients with online banking.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years Financial Services experience


• Experience using CRM preferred


• Strong understanding of teller functions, deposit accounts, treasury management, banking regulations and compliance


• Proven record of sound decision making


• Strong ability to work as a part of a team


• Exceptional customer service skills
