The successful candidate will:
- Join a team environment supporting the continuous operation of a paper manufacturing facility.
- Safely perform production related tasks such as banding and preparing finished product.
- Have many opportunities to grow into advanced paper operation assignments.
- Positively interact with all plant departments and employees to prioritize resources and maximize plant efficiencies.
- Continuously train on safe work practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Work 12-hour rotation with mandatory overtime
Total Average Annual Earnings including overtime $51,000 - $69,000 plus Benefits, 401K and Pension. Starting hourly rate is $19.31.
- Must have a positive attitude.
- Must be willing and able to work safely and efficiently.
- Must have regular and predictable attendance.
- Must be able to communicate verbally and written.
- Must be willing to be trained and progress towards additional responsibilities.
- Previous Manufacturing, Paper or Lift Truck experience is an asset but not required.
