Job Description:

Hohman Plating (100+ years in business, established in 1918) is a leader in surface coatings/electroplating industry, conveniently located just north of downtown Dayton.

The chosen candidate will need to reside in the Dayton metropolitan area. 

We are seeking a talented problem solver with a solid work ethic to develop as a future leader for our organization. The intent of this position is to develop “home grown” leaders for our specialized industry.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Testing and analysis


• Troubleshooting


• Root cause and corrective action


• Other autonomous projects
