What You’ll Do

• Ensuring customer satisfaction in consideration of the company's goals


• Managing the quotation preparation (Request for Quotation/RFI, collection of information)


• Managing the competitive quotation to customer


• Managing the commercial aspects for the customer in regards of pricing, BP´s, change management and claims


• Overtaking and management of the concerns and interests of the customer


• Management of day-to-day sales activities (pricing, negotiations, project related)


• Customer care (Key contact person for customers, customer visits, negotiations)


• Tracking of critical situations within customer and LEONI


• Collaboration with other LEONI Account Management groups managing the same customer

Who You’ll Work With

• Customer’s Global Purchasing team, Buyers


• Customer’s Purchasing team at a plant level


• Customer’s Engineering team


• LEONI plants located all over the world with personnel in different departments

Minimum Requirements

• Engineering or Business degree


• Customer and Market Knowledge (Automotive, CV and/or Off-Road)


• Strong communication and negotiation


• Product Knowledge


• Knowledge of Customer Requirements


• MS Office
