What You’ll Do
Ensuring customer satisfaction in consideration of the company's goals
Managing the quotation preparation (Request for Quotation/RFI, collection of information)
Managing the competitive quotation to customer
Managing the commercial aspects for the customer in regards of pricing, BP´s, change management and claims
Overtaking and management of the concerns and interests of the customer
Management of day-to-day sales activities (pricing, negotiations, project related)
Customer care (Key contact person for customers, customer visits, negotiations)
Tracking of critical situations within customer and LEONI
Collaboration with other LEONI Account Management groups managing the same customer

Customer’s Global Purchasing team, Buyers
Customer’s Purchasing team at a plant level
Customer’s Engineering team
LEONI plants located all over the world with personnel in different departments
Minimum Requirements
Engineering or Business degree
Customer and Market Knowledge (Automotive, CV and/or Off-Road)
