Job Description:

What You’ll Do: 

Condado Tacos Catering is seeking a full-time employee to oversee the day to day operations of the Catering Department. This role is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations as well as being a lead at events.  Qualified applicants should be detail oriented, driven, hone a positive attitude and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while working independently.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• General maintenance of all catering equipment




• Communicate with clients and management via email




• Inventory of equipment items




• Completion of pull sheets and conversion sheets for all events




• Works directly with Catering Management Team in mapping out Catering operations




• Verify all deliveries and events are set up correctly following a detailed timeline




• Execution of event operations with dedicated focus to food setup, presentation, and event flow




• Loading and unloading catering equipment from vehicles




• Washing dishes, dropping off and picking up linens for cleaning

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record




• Be able to drive a large vehicle (truck or van) comfortably




• Basic working knowledge of computer programs and office equipment




• Knowledge of food safety standards, quality, and presentation




• Strong communication skills




• Exceptional problem solving/decision making skills combined with the ability to be organized



• Individual who is engaging and enthusiastic 


•  Must be willing to work evenings and weekends
