 Responsibilities:

• Delivering outstanding member service in all aspects of the development of business accounts and loans


• Assist Commercial Lenders and management in all aspects of process with a focus on the member


• Opening new member business accounts and cross-selling merchant services where appropriate


• Answering member questions regarding commercial loans and business accounts


• Prepares and assembles documentation for commercial loan closings including origination of wire transactions


• Work with title companies and inspectors; also records deeds with the appropriate municipalities


• Communicates with members during the underwriting and closing process to ensure expectations are met consistently


• Administers the business loan construction process including: setting up inspections, title updates, draw schedules, Notices to Owners, lien waivers, and other required documents


• Ensures accurate and timely fund disbursement based on draw schedules and construction status


• Prepares closed business loan files while ensuring accurate and timely loan boarding with appropriate loan approval conditions


• Serves as a primary contact for SCCU Team Members on all areas of Business Services business accounts, loans, products, and services.

Requirements:

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is preferred


• Ability to work 2nd shift schedule


• 3 to 5 years prior experience in a business loan administration and/or mortgage loan servicing role (or equivalent) is preferred


• Strong business loan administration and mortgage loan servicing experience preferred


• Commercial lending or construction loan experience a plus


• Knowledge of compliance with relevant laws/regulations pertaining to processing and servicing of business loans preferred


• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate to advance skills)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Schedule:

• Second Shift 


• Full Time Monday thru Friday 10:00am – 7:30pm


• Saturdays: 9:00am - 3:00pm.

Education:

• High School or equivalency.
