    You are responsible for developing the strategy for the energy division. You will create an organizational structure which serves to please our customers while also ensuring their experience with us is a great one. The position has a strong demand to transform the division into a modern, data driven organization, with special focus on customer centricity.


    Some of the key responsibilities:



    • Sets the strategy for the division in order to ensure growth, efficiency, customer satisfaction, employee engagement and employee development

    • Ensures business plans are developed and implemented with align with the strategies and goals of the Business Units and the Sales Company and are adapted for the local market.

    • Establishes close collaboration with Marketing and Marcom to ensure development of activity plans aligned with the Divisional strategies and goals

    • Focuses on increased digitalization and creating a data driven sales organization

    • Optimizes the way to market (distribution sales, agent sales, field sales, inside sales, online sales) to assure coverage in the most efficient way

    • Transforms and drives change in the organization and the way business is conducted

    • Ensure a culture with a high level of customer centricity, including flexibility for quick customer response, reacting to customer feedback and resolving issues as they happen to maximize a positive customer experience

      What is required?



    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred; Bachelor’s degree in another discipline with relevant experience required.

    • 7-10 years progressive experience in sales and business development.

    • Experience in driving and handling change

    • Ability to attract, develop and retain good employees
