POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a skilled Airfield Maintenance position which is part of the team that is responsible for the maintenance and FAA FAR PART 139 compliance of approximately 1.5 million square feet of airfield paint markings, pavement condition indexing, field conditioning and security requirements. These include but are not limited to work associated with trash and liter routes, sweeper routes, asphalt and concrete spall repairs, fence repairs, large and small tractor mowing, chemical application, FDOT bridge repairs and signage installation and repairs at Tampa International Airport. The ideal candidate should have both heavy and light equipment operation experience, be familiar with Tampa International Airport, FAA Advisory Circulars and Airport Operations. This position may be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, this position must be able to lift up to 75 pounds. CITE Pavement Marking Training, Green Industries Best Management practices, and Maintenance of Traffic experience is beneficial but not required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Graduation from Highschool / GED;
or
An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that would reasonably be expected to provide the job-related competencies noted below; and Possession of a valid Driver's License.
