Prepares work to be accomplished according to assembly instructions, specifications etc.
Gathers parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials (if necessary)
Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
Learn to read a job order (if applicable), to assemble quality product that meets customers' requirements
Attention to order specifications is imperative, size qty etc....
Assess any defects in product and communicate quality issues with leader
Rework pieces as needed to meet quality requirements and customer specification
Maintain safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Ensures safety measures are followed to protect personnel and company property
Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing quality and timely results
Perform other duties as directed by supervisor and management

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED a plus, but not required
Essential Functions:
Use a drill, screw gun, rivet gun, etc.
Assemble parts/pieces for RV doors
