Job Description:

Overview

The Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) shall be responsible for the financial budgets and operations of the organization. The CFO shall be responsible for developing and implementing the annual financial plan to support the annual business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required; Master's degree preferred. CPA, FSA, or other professional financial certification preferred.




• Fifteen (15) years of financial experience including but not limited to Accounting, Actuarial and Underwriting required.




• Ten (10) years of management experience required.




• Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to plan and implement projects on time and within budget. Experience with strategic and annual financial planning.




• Strong financial, analytical, and negotiation skills and experience.




• Extensive understanding of information technology and the ability to apply specific technologies to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization.




• Strong oral and written communication skills, including public speaking experience.
