JOB SUMMARY: Seeking a talented UX Researcher to join this UXD team. You will help enhance products across Mobile and Web by bringing UX Research skills to understand behaviors of a wide range of customers through interviews, surveys, observation, and synthesizing of data.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide context for the design process and business strategies


• Execute both Quantitative and Qualitative research along with other key UX research attributes such as Observation, Understanding and Analysis


• Execution of usability testing, moderated and unmoderated with various tools for recording


• Synthesizing data and results from testing, interviewing, etc. into compelling qualitative insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a UX Researcher or similar


• Experience in consumer facing products, platform or services


• Effective user research skills (user interviews, usability testing, recruiting, analysis etc.)


• Good presentation and listening skills, ability to communicate insights and user needs and rationale to key partners outside of the design team


• Experience in usability testing moderated and unmoderated with various tools for recording
