The Franchise Operations Specialist is responsible for growing and protecting the brand by developing people, improving guest experience and relationships and driving profitable sales through execution Service Promise Assessments. This role is also responsible to evaluate Applebee's brand standards compliance and influence best practice operations execution via coaching and support at the unit level.
Key Accountabilities
Champion brand purpose, strategy, and culture while advocating for guest, Team Member, and franchisee experience
Drive best in class brand standards execution and provide root cause analysis and coaching at the restaurant level
Partner with ASI leadership team to ensure franchisee and team success by providing updates and trend information to Franchise Operations Directors on recent visits
Consult and offer expertise to restaurant leadership and teams to address issues and concerns related to Service Promise Assessment and other items while on site
Immediate action and resolution to critical issues with the appropriate escalation to Franchise Operations Director
Influence at the restaurant level around continuous operational improvement and support of brand initiatives
Provide balanced feedback through four areas of the business: people, guest, business and brand.
