Develop and administer an effective recruitment program by:
Working closely with hiring managers to understand business goals and objectives and building effective search strategies
Maintaining, updating and communicating staffing policies and processes
Administering the classification and position description processes including creating and maintaining up-to-date position descriptions and classification assignments
Working closely with HR Manager in managing the recruiting budget; responsible for vendor relationships with job boards including annual contracts and job postings
Partner with Hiring Manager and HR Manager to develop effective job description and sourcing strategies.
Partner with other team members on projects, innovative sourcing strategies and creative cost-effective solutions.
Managing program database and maintaining qualified applicant pools across a variety of disciplines for both current and future searches. Make timely updates in the applicant tracking system.
Developing, maintaining and reporting program metrics and status updates to management
Ensuring confidentiality of information is maintained
Support recruiting needs across different disciplines, levels and geographies.
Partner with regional HR Business Partners and corporate center of excellence teams as needed.
Work on other Talent Acquisition & HR initiatives, as needed
Perform full life cycle recruitment activities for multiple divisions by:
Conducting recruitment efforts for all exempt, nonexempt and temporary employees; effectively managing and prioritizing multiple requisitions based on business needs; assisting overseas offices with their recruiting and sourcing needs
Sourcing active and passive candidates through a variety of methods
Screening and assessing all applicants presented to hiring managers for competence, background and skills as well as overall ability to thrive in the organization
Conduct phone interviews to gauge organizational fit, availability, interest, skills, salary range, work authorization, and other basic qualifications
Managing and facilitating the full interviewing and selection process with candidates and hiring managers; coordinating all communications and logistics
Proactively source and network with prospective talent for roles traditionally requiring long lead time to fill, high volume hires and strategic hires.
Managing the offer, negotiation and closing process including background screening, to ensure a successful hire and a positive candidate experience
Keeping accurate documentation ensuring full compliance with all legal requirements.
Excellent customer service focus and the desire to be an exceptional team member to HR colleagues, hiring managers, and other company stakeholders
Develop and maintain college recruiting program by:
Researching and developing target lists of colleges, universities, alumni groups, and other relevant organizations
Identifying opportunities for co-op or internship positions within BioClinica
Monitoring success of co-op and college recruiting efforts

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree required
Experience:
5+ years' experience in full life cycle recruiting, preferably in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment
Proven success in sourcing qualified applicants for multiple searches
Advanced knowledge in the areas of sourcing passive and active candidates, interviewing skills, legal issues, relationship management, and web based recruiting tools (linkedin.com, monster.com, etc.)
Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems is required.
Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices required
Experience working with computer software including Word, Excel and Access required
