Job Description:

Position Overview


The Account Administrator will be responsible in providing administrative support to internal & external customers as well as support services to existing Accounts. This role will perform operational duties to recommend and quote products and services to excel the Account experience with our company. Account administration provides a high level of proactive and reactive activities to address customer requests and inquiries. The Account Administrator will also communicate with the Sales Department to give our clients the best experience with our company.


Essential Job Functions and Basic Duties



  • Provide Clients with pricing options for Product, Implementation, and Services.

  • Provide Clients with pricing options for Service Contracts and Hosting contracts.

  • Provide Clients with accurate and current information to influence company growth.

  • Provide Clients Service quoting for services as needed.

  • Manage Service Contract terms and contract periods.

  • Maintain all information for account administration.

  • Ensure monthly sales & service reporting requirements are maintained.

  • Provide support to manage Client Import / Export Compliance.

  • Maintain effective Sales & Service reporting performance.

  • Communicate with Management on Client issues to ensure timely resolution.

  • Complete required reports and records accurately and promptly.

  • Attend meetings and training as required.

  • Keep management informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns.

  • Contributes to the fulfillment of department and Company objectives and goals.

  • Adhere to established security safeguards, procedures, and other Company policies.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
















Education and Experience:




  • Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; BS or BA degree in Accounting or Business Administration preferred; Or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

  • Minimum one year of related experience (preferred)



Required Knowledge:




  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Strong knowledge of the Company’s operations and management.

  • Thorough understanding of IPA products, related technologies, and IPA’s process.

  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures.



Skills/Abilities:




  • Dependable self-starter who demonstrates initiative to create improvements.

  • Demonstrated systems acumen, including PC-based ERP system experience and strong data base skills is required.  Experience with CRM systems required.

  • Proactive change agent with a demonstrated ability to develop processes and procedures and meaningful information for management.

  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, well organized, with solid attention to detail.

  • Results orientation and attention to timely and accurate completion of daily work requirements.

  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ability to interact constructively with individuals at all levels within the organization and to work in a team environment.

  • Dedicated professional who gets the job done.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience with SalesForce

Work Schedule, Position Status, & Compensation:




  • Monday to Friday: 7:00am to 4:00pm; 8:00am to 5:00pm; 9:00am to 6:00pm

  • Full Time – Regular

  • Hourly - Non-exempt
