POSITION SUMMARY
The Director of Business Development leads the Business Development team comprised of Business Development Managers. The Director of Business Development is responsible for reaching an overall revenue and bookings targets for the division. The Director of Business Development is responsible for developing business processes, translating sales strategies to actionable tactics to guide and coach the BDM's and sales team to reach their individual goals. The Director of Business Development should live the Evoqua culture and embrace the Enable, Empower and Accountable philosophy.
