RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Setting data analysis strategy - including gathering, validation, reporting, and visualization
• Build and lead a team of internal data analysts
• Manage third-party data analysis vendors
• Work with project managers, product owners, business teams, data scientists, engineers, and data stewards to analyze and design data solutions
• Structure and execute on ad-hoc analysis tasks
• Create automated pipelines for business reporting
• Design user interfaces to visualize data and results
• Working with global teams

• Leadership experience
• Data project experience
• Deep understanding of data structures - e.g. relational vs non-relational storage
• Ability to discover, analyze, and find data patterns
• Understanding of data visualization
• Understanding of basic statistics
• Quick to understand business needs and learn domain specific knowledge
• Experience working with Scrum teams
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with an international team
• Technical documentation skills - e.g. scopes, diagrams, charts, visualizations, etc.

• Understanding of data governance concerns
• Experience with business or process analysis
• Experience with Python
• Experience with data tools like Pandas, Numpy, spaCy or NLTK
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Experience with SQL
• Cloud experience, especially Azure
• Scrum, Agile, PMP, data analysis certifications
