We are now looking for a Senior Investor Relations Coordinator to provide day-to-day support to the IR team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The IR team is passionate about communicating NVIDIA's strategy, positioning, and overall financial performance to the investment community and contributing to NVIDIA's success through strategic analysis and market insights. This position will be an integral enabler of that mission, working directly with the VP and Director of IR, as well as interacting with multiple internal constituencies in finance, legal, marketing, communications, and the executive staff.

What you'll be doing:


  • Managing logistics for investor day, annual shareholder meeting, non-deal roadshows and other investor meetings, including planning, preparation and execution of investor and analyst events


  • Logging and analysis of investor and financial analyst interactions through IR Insight Nasdaq database (training to be provided)


  • Monitoring the Investor Relations inbox, including handling routine shareholder inquiries and using discretion to direct to other members of the team as needed


  • Keeping the Investor Relations website up to date


  • Managing purchase orders and vendor relationships


  • Maintaining the earnings season calendar


  • Project management


What we need to see:


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)


  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Investor Relations or as an EA


  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment, often on multiple projects across different functional groups


  • Strong planning, organizational, multi-tasking and prioritization skills


  • Ability to perform in a team environment and be highly responsive


  • Sound judgment in handling confidential or sensitive information


  • Strong attention to detail and on-time completion of deliverables


  • Fluency in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
