Job Description:

Pay Rate: 17.00 Per hour

Basic Job Description:

Control access to lot and facility, communicate with all routes, through mobile cell device, using passcodes for verification. Handle customer calls.

Dispatcher Responsibilities:

• Communication with all routes -Logging hourly call ins into log -Send out safety/security messages -Coordinate any specials -High liability - Suspicious activity

• Handle all customer calls which concern routing -Specials -No pick-ups -High liability

• Document customer complaints using "Red Flag" form and communicate resolution to customer

• Review route sheets for accuracy (typos, key stops, initiate and ensure changes are complete)

• Keep key boxes accurate (weekends, holidays, etc.)

• Aid vault during downtime

• Perform additional duties assigned by supervisory staff.
