Responsible for managing the order to cash process to maximize customer satisfaction and grow Schreiber profitability.  This position is focused on the daily management of customer orders and complaint management processes.

What you’ll do:

• Ownership of order entry and appropriate changes.  Monitoring and adjusting orders for adherence to Schreiber Terms and Conditions.  Daily tasks to include but not limited to data entry of order placement, order changes, order cancellations and order entry accuracy.  Ensure the right products are ordered, the correct method and location of shipment are applied to the order.


• Troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems. Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests to ensure excellent customer service and a positive customer experience.


• Entry of customer complaints and response compliance.  In-depth knowledge and utilization of systems related to order and complaint management.  Providing process improvements recommendations as needed. 


• Comprehensive follow through internally to ensure customer satisfaction acting as a liaison with Supply Chain Analyst and Sales Support roles.


• Together with the leadership team, ensures compliance with Food Safety and Food Quality Plans, in addition to customer requirements. Interprets and communicates customer requirements to plant production and/or support groups. Establishes and Audits PCPs, CCPs and Standard Operating Procedures to define and monitor processes, to ensure customer requirements are met. Reviews incidents during which the procedures are not met, and determines appropriate corrective action for partners failing to follow standard procedures.

What you need to succeed:

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Marketing or related field


• Business or Customer Service experience


• Professional communication, adaptable, able to initiate action, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, likes working with diverse customers


• Positive attitude and team player


• Flexible and able to multi-task
