Job Description:

There is an exciting career opportunity waiting for an Operating Room RN Registered Nurse at a beautiful and growing hospital in upstate New York.  The hospital is looking for a Surgical Services Registered Nurse in the night shift, that can increase every patient's experience and care when they enter the Operating Room.

The Operating Room RN Registered Nurse will work at a 150-bed hospital that is accredited by The Joint Commission. The hospital has been serving the greater upstate New York area for well over the past 50 years with state-of-the-art leading healthcare technologies.  This hospital group is also a regional leader in providing several scholarships to deserving students currently pursuing a career in the healthcare field.

The Operating Room RN Registered Nurse will assess, document status, and care for patients as they enter the OR. They will be encouraged to participate in continuing education and learning experiences, assist with orientation and training of new staff, and act as a resource within the unit.  Collaboration is key in the Operating Room, the Operating Room RN Registered Nurse will join a collaborative team of physicians, nurse managers, nursing staff, and surgical tech’s.
