Nestlé Purina is expanding! Introducing Nestlé Purina's newest factory in the U.S. - in Hartwell, Georgia - just shy of 110 miles northeast of Atlanta. We opened a state of the art distribution center in 2018 and production facility in 2019 - our first new factory in over 20 years! We're thrilled to be joining the Hartwell, GA community and to welcome as many as 240 new members to the Nestlé Purina family by 2023. With more than 100 acres, this 500,000 square foot facility will serve as our most versatile facility with the ability to switch product lines faster and more efficiently than we have ever done before; all while distributing the Nestlé Purina brands our customers trust and pets love!

As the Maintenance Manager at our Hartwell, GA facility, you'll be responsible for all maintenance operations at the plant; overseeing the storeroom, establishing budgets for repair costs, and developing/implementing technical solutions to establish efficiencies of production equipment. You'll also foster a safe work environment, ensuring all quality and environmental standards are met, and be responsible for the proper management of the day-to-day operational environmental issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create and provide vision needed to lead and oversee all maintenance support to factory operational equipment, as well as general facility maintenance.
• Supervise maintenance team leaders to ensure execution of maintenance tasks and development of maintenance technicians.
• Supervise maintenance planner schedulers and storeroom supervisors to ensure maintenance plan is well made and carried out.
• Design and coordinate plant preventive maintenance plans and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance using the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for all maintenance related activities.
• Complete long term planning and budgeting for maintenance activities and continuous improvement projects.

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment and 2+ years of supervisory experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline with 2+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment and 1+ years of supervisory experience
