Responsibilities

• 
  Demonstrate on-the-job experience with following:
  
  
  • Configuration management software (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins).
  • external authentication methods (e.g., LDAP, Active Directory).
  • data encryption within a secure environment.
  • working with a Linux OS and bash shell scripts
  • JIRA.
  • configuring and developing in an AWS environment.
  • SQL.
  • Agile software development methodologies and participation on an Agile software or systems engineering team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-14 years' experience (within the last 10 years) of DevOps/Cloud Engineering
• 
  Experience with the following:
  
  
  • FOSS/COTS integration
  • A virtualized infrastructure (e.g., VMware, AWS)
  • Using AWS platform, produces and services (e.g. EC2, CloudFront, S3, VPC, WAF, IAM, etc.)
  • Working with PKI certificates, encryption protocols, SSL/TLS.
  • Data exchange formats including JSON and XML.
  • Preparing required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
  • Communicating with both technical and non-technical individuals and working on a team.
  
  
• Good understanding of data transfer protocols like FTP, SFTP, TFTP, HTTP, HTTPS, QUIC
