RN, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR of NURSING at NHC HealthCare North Augusta

 NHC HealthCare North Augusta post-acute 24-hour skilled nursing Health Care Center. The ADON provides support to the Director of Nursing in duties of administrative and overall managerial functions, including care delivery activities and training of the Nursing Department. 

In addition to providing excellent nursing care to our patients, the qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for this position should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team. The ideal candidate with have prior Long Term Care experience, prior management experience, and demonstrate longevity in work history.

Requirements:
​- Must have South Carolina or Compact State RN ( Registered Nurse) license
- Should possess patient-focused skilled nursing experience in a leadership role, superior communication skills, dependability, flexibility and the ability to lead a successful team.
