Job Title:  Director, Business Solutions - ISC Americas

Job Location: Newark, NJ

We have an exciting opportunity for a  DIRECTOR, BUSINESS SOLUTIONS  who will be responsible for the regional leadership of Business Solutions functionality within our International Supply Chain product.   This position will be based at our Newark, NJ location. 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate resources required to provide solutions to both internal teams and external customers that support ISC global growth aspirations.  Maximize utilization of resources and skillsets to ensure ISC is able to take advantage of all functional synergies within the Business Solutions team.

·       Participate in the development and presentation of our solutions to our customers (prospects and existing) with a particular focus on ‘High Value Target’ customers.

·       Key stakeholder in global Business Solutions meetings along with other regional counterparts to develop global offerings and enhance communication across geographies

o   Business Solutions processes

o   Business Solutions documentation

o   Business Solutions methodologies

o   Business Solutions Tools

·       Over time to continuously improve our solutions and to ensure globally consistent delivery

·       Provide subject matter expertise and strategic direction and development of the Supply Chain Engineering functional specialism within region

·       Provide subject matter expertise and strategic direction and development of the Solutions Design functional specialism within region

·       Provide subject matter expertise and strategic direction and development of the Sales Support and Bid Management functional specialism within region (including sales presentations, RFI/RFQ/RFP responses)

·       Develop team members’ knowledge and skillset in all Business Solutions functions to ensure competitive solutions are developed and contribute to ISC growth aspirations

Skills / Requirements:

·       Recognized subject matter expert. 

·       Serves as prime consultant on highly significant matters relating to policies, programs, capabilities and long-range goals and objectives.

·       Mastery of existing and emerging technologies, supply chain tools, processes, and practices.

·       Develops new applications based on professional principles and theories.

·       Typically requires BSc/BA in related discipline and 10-15 years of increasingly diverse or complex applications in field of expertise or MSc/MA and generally at least 8-12 years of experience in related field.

·       Experience in leading and coaching teams.

·       Commercially skilled and aware of impact of functional decisions on commercial viability of proposals.
