The Patient Care Services Vice President be leading an excellent medical center with a great track record of patient care and optimal patient outcomes. The experienced Patient Care Services VP will have knowledge in being a part of hospital C-Suite and leadership personnel to be a part of this opportunity.

The Patient Care Services Vice President will coordinate and control the operational, financial, personnel and other administrative activities and nursing services in the provision of patient services and clinical care. Reporting to and collaborating with the CEO, the VP of Patient Care Services will develop and implement departmental goals, objectives, standards of performance, policies and procedures. When needed, the Vice President will change policy, facilities, equipment and programs in order to achieve goal objectives. Throughout the position the Patient Care Services Vice President will ensure overarching compliance to hospital and departmental PI, safety programs, policies and procedures and participates directly in their development. The Patient Care Services VP will collaborate with financial members, such as the Chief Financial Officer, Controller, and various accountants as well to establish financial and staffing targets within departments. To ensure the medical center is always growing and the staff are being developed upon, the Patient Care Services VP will maintain professional affiliations and stay up to date on new trends in nursing and hospital administration.
