Assistant Showroom Manager at Mainely Tubs in Scarborough, Maine

Job Description:

Mainely Tubs is seeking a customer service-oriented, self-motivated individual to help manage our Scarborough, ME showroom. This individual will ensure that the showroom is kept/maintained to company visual standards. In addition, this individual will provide exceptional customer service in-person as well as over the phone ensuring our customers receive the warm, friendly and informative experience Mainely Tubs is known for. This position will report directly to our Regional Sales Manager and will coordinate closely with our COO/General Manager.
**Primary job responsibilities include **(but not limited to)**:**
**Retail showroom **
• Taking responsibility for showroom appearance
• Merchandise store with seasonal/holiday decorations
• Create and Set-up product daily for display
• Provide COO with showroom layout to review
• Provide and implement decorating ideas
• Clean and sanitize display tubs, saunas and accessories
**Customer Experience **
• Supporting our Sales team with customer follow up, sales and financing paperwork and other general support
• Assisting customer flow through the store
Interacting promptly with Chat inquiries
• Maintaining customer records in HubSpot CRM
• Becoming a product expert on our hot tubs, swim spas and saunas
• Participating in company-wide weekly sales training meetings
**Schedule:**
Hours are Tuesday through Saturday during regular store hours; 40 hours per week with some overtime required during events.
