Description

The Machine Loader position will be responsible for loading and unloading materials into a variety of machines and equipment within the Sub-Assembly department

• 
  
  • Quality checks and visual inspections will be required as written in the work instructions.
  • Employees will be required to work according to established kanban systems. The kanbans are replenishment based production signals highlighting priorities and the need to changeover equipment to run another part number.
  • Stocking machines with required parts
  • Resetting basic machine faults
  • Promptly notifying Supervision, Automated System Technician (AST) and/or Maintenance of machine problems
  • Processing scrap and partial parts
  • Comply with all safety and work rules and regulations
  • Maintain departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
  • Run equipment through breaks as required
  • Basic Oracle transactions may be required
  • Complete all required paperwork, quality records, documents, etc.

Requirements 

• Must be available for any shift
• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
• At least 1 year of continuous employment with one employer required (excluding temporary staffing services).
• Must be currently working a temporary assignment at InSinkErator and  have completed at least a 90 consecutive regularly scheduled days of work.
