We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant & Office Manager to join the High Company team! Reporting to the Executive Office Manager and Assistant Corporate Secretary, this is a critical, front-line, professional opportunity ideally suited for an individual with demonstrated C-Suite experience, a supervisory background, trustworthiness, self-motivation and top-notch organizational skills.

The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:


  •  Associates degree or higher in a complimentary field is preferred, including an understanding in accounting principles.  

  • Eight to ten years progressive administrative experience, with a minimum of three years’ experience in a C-Suite environment is preferred.  

  • The position requires an advanced level of understanding of Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Individual must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with high-level contacts both within and outside the organization. 

  • Manage multiple, diverse assignments simultaneously and with attention to detail. 

  • Prepare complex documents, including, but not limited to, PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets. 

  • Coordinate, schedule, prepare agendas, and take Minutes for senior management-level meetings/committees. 

  • Prepare meeting materials and follow-up on action items, as required.

  • Manage commitments to outside organizations, travel arrangements, and special projects.

  • Experience in large event planning with strong project management skills.

  • Meeting arrangements may include coordination of scheduling with all attendees, room reservations, meal and/or beverage service arrangements, etc. 

  • May also arrange for regularly scheduled off-site meetings/conferences.  Assure that executives have relevant files and are prepared for meetings and travel.
