Job Description:

We are looking for IT Support Analyst for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers.

Mandatory Skills:

1. Plant Infrastructure Skills:

Must have experience working in a Manufacturing Plant environment Experience working on following OS: Windows 10, Server 2012, Server 2016, VMWare deployments Experience in administering and troubleshooting the provisioned Infrastructure on Plant Segmented networks Hands on IT technician familiar with Dell products (workstations and rack mount servers) Experience with typical Infra maintenance activities like OS Patching, Backup Procedures, SEP, IoSafe etc.

Must be willing to travel to other Manufacturing sites in nearby cities for the client. Fully reimbursable business travel.

2. Plant Controls Automation skills

(DeltaV) Primarily looking for DeltaV SMEs.

Specialist experience in installation, configuration, access provisioning, routine patching & upgrade of the Plant Controls Automation systems Participate in cross functional teams (Local site Integrators, Plant Techs, Vendors etc.) to resolve issues Practitioner to specialist experience in lifecycle (H/W & S/W) control system applications Exposure in real time monitoring and management tools for MES systems is desirable Experience working with a SLA based ticketing system - ServiceNow/Remedy/HPSM etc.

Excellent problem solving skills

Good vendor coordination skills

                                                               

Good to have Skills:

1. Prior experience in supporting manufacturing control system and MES automation systems 2. Knowledge on Infra H/W, Networking, Security and Storage & Backup, Flexnet/SCCM etc.
