Overview

REI Systems is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will analyze and design solutions to business problems while facilitating the development of multiple solution options to address the needs of the customer. As a BA at REI Systems, your contributions will be pivotal in supporting our government clients' critical missions, which impact millions of lives every day.

Specifically, this client seeksPMOservices in support of minimizing programmaticrisks and increasingthe likelihood of project and mission success.Working in concert with client Project Managersthe PMO should increase efficiencies and ensure complete programmatic compliance through close coordination with theCOTRand all project teamswithin theinstitute. ThePMOanalystteamwillspecialize inidentifyingportfoliorequirements, schedule, budget, and technical risks and coordinate a multi-teammitigationplanusing best practices and government standards.

Responsibilities

    Facilitate "stand-up" meetings, scope meetings, monitoring the progress of projectactivities

  • Identify and communicate scaled agile key performance indicators throughout theprogram

  • Concatenate and presentKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)to the program

  • Work collaboratively with thePMO Teamto highlight and resolve issues impactingquality

  • 5 + years of experience in project management and execution, program control, financial planning, reporting, and analysis.

  • Advanced Tableau or MS Excel knowledge: superior skills in using MS Excel for developing models, conducting variance analysis, and presentation.


  • Track record of Data Analysis and being part of a PMO as ananalyst

  • Experience successfully engaging senior management and groups ofstakeholders

Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in business and management, human resources, information systems, computer science, or another related field

  • 5+ yearsof experience working requirements gathering, requirements definition andanalysis


  • Working knowledge of Program/Project Management, agiletoolsand methodologies

  • Ability to be an individual contributor with excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate and collaborate to get results.

  • Ability to be able to deliver results working independently and be well organized.

  • Possess excellent communication skills to include business writing and executive briefings.

  • Ability to interface with various project managers, program managers, business unit leads, corporate support teams, executives, partners, and customers.

  • Ability to work comfortably in a team environment, to multi-task and support concurrent requirements for different internal and external customers.
