Responsible for maintaining the flow of material into and out of the Shipping/Receiving Department and the Clarinda Plant.

* Prepare all items for shipment and with necessary shipping documentation.

* Receive incoming freight and verify receipt of such.

* Understand and safely operate equipment including forklifts, carton erector, and stretch wrapper.

* Run cartons off the S/R conveyor and palletizer, as needed, safely and without (preventable) damage.

* Transport medium size, MCB and water pump product from designated area to shrink wrap.

* Understand and be able to perform transactions, on the computer systems - Network PC, ASPACS, Manufacturing, Oracle, UPS, Microsoft, Etc

* Load and unload trucks.

* Stock and maintain the warehouse with consideration for stock rotation (FIFO).

* Stock and maintain designated inventory of balls in Assembly for use on assembly line.

* Erect all sizes of master cartons, as needed, for Assembly's use on pack line.

* Reconcile any count discrepancies in the finished goods and components.

* Perform inventory counts with accuracy.

* Clean, sweep and arrange department to keep it safe and orderly.

* Fill Kanbans in designated areas.

* Any other duties assigned by management.

This job requires a minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be able to obtain valid forklift operating license.
