Sr. UX and Digital Marketing Specialist

At Pacific Global Asset Management (Pacific Global), we take pride in helping investors cut through market noise and make the best choice for investment success. To further our mission, Pacific Global is searching for an experienced marketer who will be responsible for designing and implementing digital and content marketing campaigns. This highly visible role will partner with content and creative marketing team members to execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement across the advisor journey.

Successful applicants will have a passion for data-driven marketing, experience using marketing automation tools and sales CRM systems, and proven ability to create meaningful analyses to determine areas of improvement for further optimization of marketing campaigns and programs as well as for measuring success (ROI). A successful candidate should have superb leadership, analytical, technical, business acumen, and communication skills to be able to work with a wide range of team members from individual contributors to senior executives.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and maintain front-end website to support the creation and execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Manage the creation of email campaigns and schedule for the Content Marketing team.

  • Use data and testing to optimize and improve email content and targeting.

  • Develop, design and implement landing pages for campaigns.

  • Develop, design, implement, and measure content distributed across all digital channels, including owned and earned channels.

  • Drive planning and execution of campaigns.

  • Perform continuous testing (e.g. A/B, Multivariate, etc.) to improve campaign performance across all digital channels.

  • Analyze campaign performance across multiple dimensions (e.g. audience segment, channel, etc.).

  • Report on and optimize key metrics.

Basic Qualifications


  • 5-8 years of relevant work experience in web design and marketing

  • Bachelor's Degree in design, marketing, business, and/or relevant field of study

  • Proven experience working with industry tools including Figma, Adobe applications, content management and marketing automation platforms.

  • Organized with a keen eye for detail, have excellent communication skills, and have a passion for problem solving.

  • Awareness of leading cultural and design trends.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously

  • Ability to prioritize in complex, fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter who is detail-oriented and an enthusiastic team player

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with Webflow.

  • Graphic design experience with a strong professional portfolio.

  • Experience in creating UI/UX design graphics for mobile apps and web apps.

  • Experience in B2B, financial services.

Self-development


  • Proactively setting quarterly goals with manager; tracking against goals and demonstrating growth.

  • Identifying areas of improvement and bringing suggestions and solutions to management.

  • Attending networking events, seminars and conferences, including outside of working hours as required to maintain personal professional development and to build business contacts.
