Program Manager - Cardiac Safety clinical trials solutions
Are you an experienced Program or Project Manager, with Clinical trials or related experience?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Program Manager to join our global Project Management Team in our Cardiac Safety Service line.
As a Program Manager, you will direct and provide operational oversight of the project activities within a Service Line for their assigned clients, to assure high quality, on-time, and on-budget services while promoting excellent customer service. You will also serve as a Service Line subject matter expert to provide support and guidance for Project Management team members, educate customers, and drive synergies across assigned clients' projects.

Responsibilities
As a member of the global Project Management team, our Program Manager will also:
Ensure consistency of delivery across programs of work by setting up standards, sharing lessons learned, and communicating client/program specific requirements to internal teams allocated to the programs
Serve as a member of Oversight/Operations Committees for your assigned clients
Organize or contribute to regular (in-person and remote) partnerships with assigned clients and ERT internal teams to review and discuss study risks, statuses, opportunities, improved delivery, increased profitability, quality and client satisfaction
Ensure ERT is addressing any project or program issues for assigned clients and effectively ensuring resolution in a timely manner
Monitor study timelines and manage the financial components of each program/study
Identify potential study risks and mitigations, and escalate as appropriate.
Manage internal/external negotiations and promote collaboration to foster a positive team environment, effective communications, and efficient use of resources to meet study timelines and contractual obligations.
Develop and apply problem solving strategies to address customer issues and maintain issue tracking documentation to monitor progress and ensure timely resolution to customer escalations
Monitor and report Program level KPIs on a monthlybasis
Attend monthly operational meetings and quarterly governance meetings with customers
Other responsibilities may include
Providing primary Service Line support to cross-trained team members from other Service Lines
Influending strategic decision-making
Ensuring compliance with timely training completion/documentation
Presenting study services at Investigator Meetings or site initiation meetings
Attending client meetings with Business Development and/or Ops teams
Assisting with developing training plans and training for new members of the Project Management team
May need to cross-train on other product lines

Qualifications

What we are looking for:
Bachelor Degree or equivalent
5-10 years project management experience, including 4+ years of experience in pharmaceutical field (or related industry experience), previous Program Management experience preferred
Knowledge of the drug development process
Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate the needs of the customer and provide solutions and recommendations that effectively display results
Demonstration of leadership skills and interpersonal skills necessary to maintain positive relationship with clients and internal teams
Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively in English
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google products
Detail oriented and demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries and requests
Valid passport and ability to travel approximately 20%
