We are adding a Continuous Improvement Engineer to our CI team. In this individual contributor role you will develop and support Continuous Improvement and Lean initiatives as well as coach and train employees on CI & Lean processes and tools.

You’ll help us achieve our corporate growth goals by bringing these skills to us:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering preferred or other engineering discipline.


• Lean or Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred


• Demonstrated practice of 3-5 years in Lean and Continuous Improvement tools in a manufacturing setting preferably Injection Molding.


• Experience in Project management of Improvement projects with cross functional teams


• Demonstrated problem solving and team facilitating skills.


• Demonstrated change management capabilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools like Excel, Word and PowerPoint.


• Statistical process control experience is a plus.


• Occasional travel may be required.


• Assembly of tools and parts may be required.
