REI Systems is looking for an on-site Lead Project Manager in support ofa recent award thatwillapply innovative ways and methodologiestoimprove the Institute's Web site and Web-based applications. Special emphasis should be given to the mandatory FISMA, NIST, HHS and NIH security requirements; HHS, NIH, NIGMS Section 508 and Web coding policies and standards; and the Institute's tailored EPLC management process.

Responsibilities

    Maintain access control for web and SharePointsites
  • Create, maintain, and enhance the structure, content, look, and feel of parent sites and sub-sites

  • Facilitate content sharing and collaboration across theorganization


  • Implement content management workflows to automate businessprocesses

  • Design and implement scripts to connect web sites content repositories andAPIs

  • Provide operations and maintenance support for web and SharePointsites

  • Assist in developing data collaboration and access to publications using content management such as SharePoint Services in support of programs, projects, and teams. This includes assistance with the requirements, design, operation and maintenance of the web presence to include coordination with team members to make sure information is relevant andup-to-date.

Qualifications

Education and Training

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, mathematics, business, or related discipline and an advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for three years ofexperience

  • Knowledge of SharePointas evidenced by relevant training, experience and/orcertification

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in customizing SharePoint using out-of-the-box features, tools, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio

  • Experience in creating SharePoint workflows programmatically with Visual Studio, SharePoint Designer.

  • Experience in developing custom SharePoint 2010/2013 master pages, page layouts and custom UItheme


  • Other similar professional duties maybe assigned as needed.

  • Experience in working with Office 365 features and SharePoint online a plus.

  • Knowledge of Azure a plus.
